Technical Assistant for the Robert Kralovics Lab

Description

The research group of Robert Kralovics at CeMM is seeking an enthusiastic technical assistant eager to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of cancer genetics and immunotherapy for the treatment of hematological malignancies.

Requirements and desired qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Master’s degree in life sciences
  • \n

  • Technical assistance including ordering and preparing of reagents and consumables
  • \n

  • Lab management including writing SOPs, maintenance of equipment
  • \n

  • Prior laboratory experience
  • \n

  • Strong interest in immunology, genetics, cancer
  • \n

  • Experience in working with mouse models considered an advantage
  • \n

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • \n

  • High accuracy and reliability
  • \n

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for working in an international environment
  • \n

  • Solid written and oral communication skills in English
  • \n

The advertised position will involve responsibilities in laboratory management, cell culture (maintenance, genome engineering), mouse work (including breeding management and genotyping) and general molecular and cell biology techniques.
