EU-LIFE Scientific Meeting 2019
The UK’s Babraham Institute will host the 2019 EU-LIFE Scientific meeting on 18 and 19 November. This year’s theme of Signalling and Gene Regulation in Health & Disease aims to bring together scientists from across the EU-LIFE alliance to address fundamental aspects of biology that underpin human health and bring about a greater understanding of disease.
While talks from young PIs and other early career researchers aim to foster collaborative work within this new generation of scientists, students and post-docs will also have the opportunity to present their work either through a poster (together with a flash poster session) or a short talk.
Two renowned scientists will also deliver plenary lectures: Prof Susan Galbraith as Senior VP and Head of Oncology, AstraZeneca and Prof Eric Miska, Gurdon Institute, University of Cambridge.
