EU-LIFE Better Together session: Psychological Safety and Inclusivity
Join us for an interactive online workshop on the latest research around the importance of psychological safety, conflict prevention and management for research institutes.
Agnes Uhereczky, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at VIB will facilitate this Better Together workshop, which will offer a mix of some theory, case studies and conversations around how to navigate our hyper-diverse workforces, understand what are effective and what are ineffective conflict management strategies, as well as an easy formula to communicate even the most delicate message.
