Esther Dorado-Ladera joined EU-LIFE in July 2021 as Communications Officer. She has extensive expertise in science communication, developed in her previous positions, such as Dissemination Officer at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, where she managed the communication of European research projects, and Science for Policy Officer at the AE Cardiff Hub for the SAPEA project, where she gained experience in editorial review, collaborative writing, international networks management and public engagement.

Esther is an architect and collaborated with different architecture firms in Barcelona for 10 years, specialising in public space and accessible design. She holds a PhD in Theory & History of Architecture (UPC, Spain) and has presented her research in several international conferences. She has volunteered in communication projects with different institutions such as National Museum Wales and 48h Open House Barcelona.
