New EU-LIFE HR Working Group is launched!

The EU-LIFE HR Working Group had its kick-off meeting on 30 January 2024. This new working group was created at the request of the EU-LIFE Board of Directors with the aim to improve institutional HR processes and to address specific challenges presented by the leadership of our institutes. As all the EU-LIFE working groups, it will also be a platform to exchange best practices.

During their first meeting, the members of the group identified the main topics that will be considered in the upcoming months, which are talent attraction and career development framework for all roles, but in particular for technicians. The group will also start to benchmark the compensation plans and benefits of the different institutes for internal evaluation.
