Sustainability

The EU-LIFE Sustainability Task Force is (re-)starting with the goal of exchanging knowledge on sustainable policies and practices. Their members consist of dedicated sustainability officers, as well as researchers with a passion for making their institutes and labs greener. 

Following the first meeting in February 2025, the task force decided to broadly focus on three themes: 

• sustainability certificates,
• carbon accounting exercises, and 
• making the procurement process more sustainable.
