Systems Biologists have a new spot online.

The website http://community.isbe.eu is connecting the Systems Biology (SB) community in Europe and gradually expanding worldwide.

The aim of this online platform is to create a communication platform between scientists and facilitate networking and interactions. This can be particularly important for systems biologists because of the inter-disciplinary nature of the field: finding the best potential collaborator is not trivial when spanning from genetics to mathematics and physics.

To join this SB community, scientists should search their name on the website and claim their profile. In many cases, their automatic profile will appear for subsequent editing. If not, a new profile can easily be created from scratch.
